Tiffany Justice is a graduate from the BAEPD program. She is the Planning & Zoning Director for the Village of Los Ranchos, where she handles all Planning and Zoning issues, acts as the building official for all construction in the Village, oversees the Code Enforcement Department, serves as the storm water manager for EPA NPDES MS4 Permit, Certified Flood Plain Manager for FEMA, processes all zoning applications for the department, and works with the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees.

I work in the Planning and Zoning Department at the Village of Los Ranchos, where I'm working on our Master Plan update. This process is important in long-term planning to reflect the values of our community, create guidelines for future decision-making, and consider how conditions and perceptions in and of our community have changed. I love the opportunity to research, write, and speak on a variety of planning topics and to hear the ideas brought forth in meetings. I'm also still a student, currently in the process of obtaining my Masters in Business Administration.
